·         Supervising the tasks of all the sales executives in the team.

.         Setting and meeting sales revenue targets.

·         Maintaining a healthy relationship with the existing and new clients.

·         Assisting Human Resource department in hiring new employees.

·         Documenting all aspects of sales team activities.
