Job Description
This role involves leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support the growth of our direct sales channels, including digital and tele sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the direct channel.
- Develop financial models and KPIs to assess business performance and support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to align financial goals and drive growth.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in field sale, with at least 2 to 3 years in a managerial role in insurance or financial services.
- Must be local.
