Job Description

To lead and propel sales activities within our network of life insurance agencies, we are looking for a creative and results-driven channel sales manager. This position is essential to overseeing agency performance, creating successful sales strategies, and growing our agent network.

Responsibilities

·         Create and carry out efficient sales plans for the agency channel in order to meet expansion goals.

·         To optimize effectiveness, find insurance reps, mentor them, and offer continuing assistance.

·         Track sales results and put plans in place to spur expansion throughout the agency network.

·         Establish and preserve enduring, solid bonds with important agency partners.

·         Create thorough sales reports and make sure that corporate and industry rules are followed.

Requirements
