Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit potential insurance advisors as per the management’s business plan.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of insurance advisors, ensuring productivity and target achievement.
  • Set and monitor sales targets for advisors, driving consistent results.
  • Facilitate ongoing training and development of advisors, offering performance feedback for improvement.
  • Regularly review advisor performance, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
  • Maintain daily activity logs and recruitment trackers for performance monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Must possess a bike for travel.
  • Bachelor’s degree (local candidates preferred).
