The marketing sales manager is responsible for driving business growth by leading a team, acquiring new clients, and effectively selling the company’s services
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate the company’s services to clients, ensuring a clear understanding of value propositions.
- Build, manage, and lead a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and productivity.
- Develop and maintain a new customer database to drive sales and business opportunities.
- Innovate and implement new business strategies to generate leads and expand the client base.
- Address and resolve customer grievances promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
- Sell company services, facilitate client transactions, and ensure timely processing of payments.
- Identify and acquire new clients to consistently expand the company’s market presence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing with strong leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must be local to the area.
