Job Description

We are hiring a Branch Services Manager to oversee daily branch operations, support agents, and ensure excellent customer service in our Agency Channel. You will ensure smooth operations, resolve issues, and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee branch activities, ensure compliance, and optimize workflows.
  • Provide assistance and training to agents, resolve operational issues.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Lead and train the branch service team, drive performance.
  • Track branch performance and prepare regular reports for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years in branch operations, customer service, or agent support.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive, customer-focused, and able to lead teams effectively.
