Roles and Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients to promote solar products and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and networking
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular communication and product demonstrations
• Mentor and guide junior sales representatives, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance their sales performance.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
• Provide ongoing customer support, addressing technical queries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products, services, and sales processes.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers to ensure long-term business.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
