The Client Relationship Manager in the Agency Channel will be responsible for driving sales, recruiting new agents, and ensuring revenue growth within the assigned area.
This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with agents to meet sales targets and promote the company’s insurance products.
Jobs Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance agents to drive sales growth.
- Meet sales targets through effective agent management and strategic planning.
- Provide regular coaching and support to agents, enabling them to meet their sales goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines in the sales process.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with agents and customers.
- Track and report sales metrics to management regularly.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2-7 years experience in sales and marketing in any domain.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Goal-oriented and driven to succeed.
