Job Description

As a Field Sales Executive, you will promote and sell insurance products directly to customers in the field, building relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers.
• Explain insurance products and close sales.
• Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.
• Record sales activities in CRM.

Requirements

•  Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Ability to motivate and manage a team of agents.
•  Knowledge of insurance products and the agency sales model.
• Bachelor’s degree
