Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and motivate a team of insurance agents to meet sales targets.
  Recruit, train, and onboard new agents, ensuring continuous skill development.
  Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and expand market presence.
  Identify and secure new business opportunities; build and maintain client relationships.
  Track agent performance, provide feedback, and report sales metrics to senior management.

  Requirements:

• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
• 1-2 years of experience in Sales.
• Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.
• Knowledge of insurance products and agency channel dynamics.
• Bachelors Degree
