Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Agency Channel

About the Role: 
As an Area Sales Manager in the Agency Channel, you will lead and manage a team of Insurance Advisors within your region. Your main focus will be to drive business growth, develop sales strategies, and ensure that the team meets sales targets. You’ll also play a crucial role in recruitment, training, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities: 
Recruit, train, and manage a team of Insurance Advisors.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
Ensure the team is fully trained on products, policies, and sales techniques.
Monitor team performance and take corrective action to ensure target achievement.
Foster strong relationships with agency partners and key stakeholders.
Key Qualifications: 
2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
Minimum undergraduate degree.
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Local candidates from Hyderabad preferred.
Compensation: 
Salary (CTC): ₹3.02 LPA to ₹3.08 LPA
