Job Description
Job Requirements :
- Experience in selling life insurance through Banca channels or cross-selling life insurance within a bank.
- Strong knowledge of life insurance products and the sales process.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners and customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Job Responsibilities :
- Build and nurture relationships with bank partners to generate leads and meet sales objectives.
- Conduct product presentations and training for bank staff and customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
