Team Lead Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a team lead manager to oversee our agency channel operations. You will manage and motivate a team of insurance agents, drive sales performance, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of agents to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Provide training and support to enhance agent performance.
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless operations.
• Build strong client relationships to drive retention.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
