Job Description

To promote growth in our agency channel, we are seeking an experienced area sales manager. This position is ideal for you if you are a strategic leader who loves team building and sales!

Key duties include:

·         Creating and implementing successful sales plans to reach goals.

·          Assemble, develop, and guide a productive group of agents.

·         Establish trusting bonds with agents and agency executives.

·         Monitor sales data and enhance agent effectiveness.

·         Hold training sessions to improve the abilities of agents.

·         Verify adherence to corporate standards and industry norms.

Requirements

·         A bachelor’s degree is required.

·         At least two years of experience in marketing and sales.

·         Excellent understanding of the model of agency distribution.

·         Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals.

·         Outstanding capacity to establish and preserve connections with clients.
