To propel business expansion in our agency channel, we are looking for an enthusiastic outside sales person. This is the position for you if you have a strong interest in connection development and sales

Key Responsibilities:

·         Use networking and recommendations to find and get in touch with possible clients.

·         Present our life insurance products in an engaging manner.

·         Develop enduring bonds with clients and agents.

·         To find opportunities, investigate market trends.

·         Put methods in place to surpass sales goals.

·          Throughout the sales process, offer outstanding assistance and service.

·         Ensure that all sales activities are accurately documented.

Requirements

·         A bachelor’s degree is required.

·          At least two years of experience in outside sales.

·         Excellent negotiating and communication abilities.

·         Self-driven with an emphasis on outcomes.

·         The capacity to analyze market trends and modify plans of action.
