About the Role:
As a Junior Agency Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing team of Insurance Advisors. You’ll be key in driving business growth, meeting sales targets, and ensuring a smooth transition to leadership responsibilities as your team matures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding Insurance Advisors to meet sales targets.
- Provide ongoing coaching to develop the skills of your team.
- Support in implementing sales strategies for market expansion.
- Track team performance, set goals, and offer constructive feedback to improve results.
- Collaborate with senior management for strategic sales leadership development.
Key Qualifications: - 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Minimum undergraduate degree.
- Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for team development.
- Age: 22 to 38 years.
- Local candidates preferred.
Compensation:
CTC: ₹3.30 LPA
