Roles:
– Recruit Agents/Advisors.
– Handling Team
– Manage Agents/Advisors through proper coaching and training.
– Drive Agents / Advisors and build team size, activity ratio, case rate per active agent and case size to achieve the premium targets.
– On-field work to reach the maximum customer
– Building up a network of dedicated Leaders as per area potential
– Building relations with the Leader.

Candidate Profile :
