About the Role: 
The Sales Team Leader will lead a sales team, motivate them to achieve targets, and ensure growth in sales.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage and motivate a sales team.
• Set and monitor sales targets.
• Provide coaching and training.
  Requirements: 
• 1-2 +years of sales experience, with leadership experience in BFSI.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Minimum undergraduate degree.
• Age: 21-38 years.
• Compensation: ₹3.20 LPA to ₹3.80 LPA + incentives.
