Lead the life insurance agency channel’s expansion and financial success by hiring, developing, and overseeing a top-performing group of agents.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Agent Development: Hire the best agents, train them thoroughly, and give continuous coaching to help them succeed.

·         Business Growth: Find and create strategic alliances, reach a wider audience, and bargain for advantageous conditions from insurance companies.

·         Performance Optimization: Track agent performance, give prompt feedback, and put plans into action to increase sales output.

·         Relationship Management: Establish and preserve solid bonds of trust and cooperation with agents and insurance partners.

Requirements

·         A track record of success in managing the channels for life insurance agencies;

·         A degree in any discipline.

·         Proven capacity to increase sales, attract top staff, and accomplish growth;

·         outstanding leadership, communication, and negotiating abilities; in-depth knowledge of life insurance products and industry rules
