About the Role:
The Channel Development Manager will focus on driving revenue growth through strategic channel partnerships, overseeing agency sales, and managing relationships with channel partners in the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales strategies through channel partners.
- Analyze market and sales data to optimize channel sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners for increased sales.
- Monitor the performance of partners and drive growth.
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of experience in sales, particularly in channel management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum undergraduate degree.
- Age: 21-38 years.
Compensation:
CTC-βΉ3.20 LPA to βΉ3.80 LPA + performance incentives.
