About the Role:
The Client Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high retention rates, and identifying upsell opportunities within the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on client interactions and sales outcomes.
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of experience in sales and client management.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum undergraduate degree.
- Age: 21-38 years.
Compensation:
CTC – ₹3.20 LPA to ₹3.80 LPA + performance incentives.
