About the Role: 
The Agency Relationship Manager will manage relationships with agency partners, ensuring high-performance standards and driving business growth within the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing agency partners.
• Identify new agency partners and onboard them successfully.
• Monitor agency sales and performance to ensure targets are met.
• Provide training and support to agency partners to improve sales effectiveness.
• Work closely with internal teams to align strategies and goals with agency needs.
• Report on agency performance and growth initiatives.
  Requirements: 
• 1-2+ years of experience in relationship management or sales in the BFSI sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and partners.
• Minimum undergraduate degree.
  Compensation: ₹3.20 LPA to ₹3.80 LPA + incentives.
