About the Role: 
The Senior Business Development Manager will focus on expanding business opportunities, identifying growth areas, and driving new partnerships to increase overall sales in the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and implement strategies for expanding the agency network.
• Manage relationships with key agency partners and stakeholders.
• Monitor sales trends and market conditions to provide actionable insights.
• Lead business development activities and align strategies with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth.
  Requirements: 
• 1-2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in BFSI.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills.
• Proven track record in driving business growth and achieving targets.
• Minimum undergraduate degree.

Compensation: ₹3.20 LPA to ₹3.80 LPA + incentives.
