Job Description
The Key Sales Manager will oversee and drive the growth of the Agency Channel by recruiting, training, and managing a team of agents. Creating sales strategy, achieving organizational objectives, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the agency force are all part of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
· Employ and educate fresh agents.
· Put training and development programs into action.
· Set and monitor sales targets.
· Evaluate agent performance and offer assistance.
· Develop and implement sales strategies.
· Create strong agent relationships and address issues.
· Produce sales performance reports.
Requirements
· Having a bachelor’s degree is preferable.
· Two years of experience in sales.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and sales skills.
· You must reside in the region.
