As an Inside Sales Manager at India’s Leading Insurance Company, Building and maintaining strong relationships with our partner banks so that to promote and advertise our life insurance products will be your responsibility.

 Job Roles and Duties:

·         Build strong relationships with banking partners.

·         Collaborate with bank staff to promote and sell insurance products.

·         Train bank staff to effectively promote and sell insurance products

·         Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies

·         Ensure top-notch service and resolve issues

·         Follow industry regulations and company policies

·         Identify growth opportunities

·         Share performance reports and insights

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

·         Min. 1 to 4 years exp. Of in BFSI sales & marketing.

·         Strong leadership and communication skills.

·         Detail-oriented and organized.
