Job Description

We’re looking for an Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

·        To ensure sell of our insurance products

·        To ensure quality advisors are being recruited and developed

·        To communicate changing customer needs to the top management

·        To expand our reach to untapped customers

·        Lead insurance agents and track performance

·        Promote the organization’s products and services to new and current clients

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree

·        Experience: min 1 to 2 years in Field sales and Marketing

·        Age : 21 to 38 years

·        Any Local Candidates can apply

·        Good Communication and Marketing skill
