As a Sales/Business Development Manager, you should have excellent communication and presentation skills, Furthermore, you should be able to work flexible hours and meet sales targets.

Job Roles and Duties:

·         Train business associate and advisors

·         Maintain healthy relationship with all

·         Stakeholders like customers

·         Identify business opportunity and close call

·         Achieve monthly objectives and targets

·         Joint field work along with business associates and advisors to source insurance policy

Desired Candidates Profile:

·         Good sales and negotiation skills

·         Ability to offer fantastic customer service

·         Ability to handle numerous tasks efficiently

·         Good managerial skills

·         Ability to work in a team environment

·         Bachelor’s degree in any stream

·         Mini. 2 + Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing in any field
