 Recruiting, training, and motivating the sales team to meet performance goals.
Ensure that all activities comply with industry standards and regulations.
Lead insurance agents and track performance.
Assist clients in choosing the right products based on their needs.
Handling customer issues and sales challenges.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience in sales, or marketing (Min 1 To 2 Year)
Age: 21 To 38
Local Is Preferred.
