We’re looking for an Business Development Representative
who will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
• To ensure sell of our insurance products
• To ensure quality advisors are being recruited and developed
• To communicate changing customer needs to the top management
• To expand our reach to untapped customers
• Lead insurance agents and track performance
• Promote the organization’s products and services to new and current clients

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: min 1 to 2 years in Field sales and Marketing
• Age : 21 to 38 years
• Any Local Candidates can apply
• Good Communication and Marketing skill
