Role & Responsibilities

·    Develop Team Members to Enhance their Skills and Performance.

·    Identifying new markets, expanding sales opportunities

·    Recruiting, training, and motivating the sales team to meet performance goals.

·    Handling customer issues and sales challenges.

·    Analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the sales process.

  Requirements:

·   Education: Bachelor’s degree

·   Experience in sales, or marketing (Min 1 To 2 Year)

·  Age: 21 To 38

·  Local Is Preferred

· Job Timing: Full Time
