About the Role: 
The Field Sales Manager will oversee and manage on-ground sales activities in the assigned territory, ensuring the team meets its sales objectives and delivers a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities: 
Manage a team of field sales executives to achieve monthly sales targets.
Conduct field visits with team members to understand market needs and improve sales strategies.
Foster relationships with key clients and address any escalations.
Evaluate sales team performance and provide constructive feedback.
Prepare and present sales performance reports to regional management.
Keep up with industry and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements: 
1-2+ years of experience in field sales or sales management, preferably in BFSI.
Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Minimum bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Compensation: ₹3.00 LPA to ₹3.50 LPA + incentives.
