About the Role: 
The Relationship Manager will focus on building strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to drive satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities: 
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to address them.
Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and preferences.
Resolve client issues promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
Stay informed about company products and services to deliver expert guidance.
Requirements: 
1-2+ years of experience in relationship management or sales, preferably in BFSI.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Willingness to travel locally.
Compensation: ₹2.00 LPA to ₹3.50 LPA + incentives.
