Agency Development Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced agency development manager to drive growth and foster strong partnerships with our agency network.

Requirement:

Age should not be less than 23 and not more than 38 years.

Two-wheelers are mandatory

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing

Candidate must have knowledge of the local market

Graduation is mandatory

Roles:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new agency partners to expand our network.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance agency partners’ knowledge and skills.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
•  Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize agency partnerships.
