Job Description
Functions and Accountabilities:
• Researches and analyzes sales choices; finds prospects and assesses their position in the industry to find commercial opportunities.
• Promotes items by reaching out to potential customers, building rapport, and offering solutions.
• Compiles, evaluates, and summarizes data to create reports.
• Building his own network by hiring people and educating them about the company concept.
• Observe the problems with the client and stockpoint and attempt to offer remedies.
• Find and seize new sales opportunities to meet and surpass sales goals.
• Use persuasive arguments to market, sell, and present goods and services to both current and potential clients.
• Using cold calling, networking, referrals, and other strategies, generate leads.
• Create and preserve a good working connection with clients.
• Recognize the needs of your clients and offer solutions that satisfy them.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
