Position : Business Development Manage
The job of a Business Development Executive includes looking at market trends to come up with plans, finding new sales opportunities, and working to grow the company’s customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a field job, meaning you will need to travel within your assigned area (agents, locations, and customers).
Recruit and build a strong team of Financial Consultants (FCs) to sell insurance.
Train, motivate, and guide FCs to help them sell insurance effectively.
Meet with potential customers alongside FCs to sell insurance solutions.
Provide support to customers before and after sales
Pay Roll: On Roll
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in sales and marketing (BFSI)
CTC: 3.20 Lakh + Incentives + Other Benefits (Medical, etc.)
Qualification: Minimum Graduation required
Skills Needed:
Ability to understand market trends
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good understanding of the company’s goals and business plan
Ability to create practical marketing strategies
Strong problem-solving skills
Good at networking and building long-term relationships
