Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) to lead and inspire a team of insurance agents, meet sales goals, and drive overall business expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, leadership abilities, and a passion for growth.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Recruitment: Recruit, onboard, and provide continuous training to a team of insurance agents.
Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to contribute to company revenue growth.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and agents.
Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and opportunities.
Ongoing Team Development: Continuously provide training and resources to ensure team success.

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Requirement: Any graduate.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales (preferably within the BFSI sector).
Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and goal-driven mindset with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
