Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales or Marketing
CTC: ₹3.2 Lakhs + L/A + Incentives + Other Benefits
Education: Minimum Graduation

Responsibilities:

1.Identify and recruit new insurance advisors (agents) in your assigned area.
2.Motivate agents to reach their full potential and achieve their sales targets.
3.Regularly monitor agents’ performance and provide necessary guidance to improve productivity.
4.Meet customers regularly to understand their needs and suggest appropriate insurance products.
5.Regularly report on business performance to management.

Skills and Qualifications:

1.Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
2.Graduate from any stream (Compulsory).
3.Strong leadership skills and ability to build and manage a team.
4.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
5.Self-driven with a goal-oriented approach.
