A Sales Development Manager is a leadership position that oversees a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). Their main job is to help the team find new leads and build a strong sales pipeline. They ensure the team meets its goals by providing coaching, managing performance, and creating effective plans for success.
Responsibilities :
Hire, onboard and train new team members in the sales team.
Identifying new business opportunities.
Help the team find new customers and build a strong sales pipeline.
Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members.
Promote collaboration and keep the team focused on goals.
Continuously improve sales processes and team performance.
Requirements :
Any Graduate
Min 2 to 3 years’ experience in Field sales and marketing
Age between 21 – 38
Strong ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
