A Sales Manager leads a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), helping them generate leads and build a solid sales pipeline. They ensure the team achieves its goals by providing guidance, monitoring performance, and developing strategies for success.

Experience: 2-3 years in field sales and marketing.
Age: 21 – 38 years
Responsibilities :
Hire, train, and onboard new members of the sales staff.
Assist the group in expanding the sales funnel and acquiring new clients.
Encourage teamwork and maintain the group’s focus on achieving objectives.
Improve sales procedures on a constant basis to improve team output and performance.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and guide a sales team effectively.
Strong sales and marketing knowledge.
