CTC: ₹3.5 Lakhs + L/A + Incentives + Other Benefits

Education: Minimum Graduation

Responsibilities:

1.Find and hire new agents, or insurance advisors, in the region you have been given.

2.Encourage agents to fulfill their potential and meet their sales goals.

3.Keep a close eye on agents’ performance and provide them the direction they need to increase output.

4.Regularly meet with clients to learn about their needs and provide suitable insurance plans.

5.Inform management on a regular basis about the performance of the company.

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.

Graduate from any stream (Compulsory).

Strong leadership skills and ability to build and manage a team.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Self-driven with a goal-oriented approach.
