Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute area sales strategies to achieve targets.
2. Lead and manage a team of sales representatives.
3. Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
4. Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities.
5. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

– 2+ Years of core sales, marketing or business development experience
– Graduation is mandatory in any related field
– Proven track record of success in sales leadership
– Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
