Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are led by a sales manager who assists them in creating a strong sales funnel and generating leads. By offering direction, keeping an eye on output, and creating winning plans, they make sure the group meets its objectives.
Education: Any Graduate

Experience: 2-3 years in field sales and marketing.
Age: 21 – 38 years
Responsibilities :
Hire, train, and onboard new members of the sales staff.
Assist the group in expanding the sales funnel and acquiring new clients.
Encourage teamwork and maintain the group’s focus on achieving objectives.
Improve sales procedures on a constant basis to improve team output and performance.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and guide a sales team effectively.
Strong sales and marketing knowledge.
