Job Description

Impactful Responsibilities: 

  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of talented insurance agents, providing ongoing coaching and mentorship to help them reach their full potential.
  • We closely monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and develop effective strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and ensure client needs are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market trends to maintain a competitive edge and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, building strong internal and external relationships.
  • Proactively seek out new clients through networking, prospecting, and industry events.
  • Identify and qualify leads, schedule meetings, and understand client needs to provide tailored insurance solutions.
  • Actively engage in industry networking events and build lasting professional relationships.

Candidate’s Profile: 

  • Graduation is compulsory.
  • Minimum 1+ years of BFSI and Life Insurance experience.
  • Age: 22 to 38 years.
  • Candidates must be local natives for at least 3 to 5 years.
