Job Description

A Business Development Representative focuses on generating new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and positioning the company’s products or services as solutions.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Research and identify potential clients and markets.
  • Initiate contact with prospects through calls, emails, and networking.
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for lead generation.
  • Maintain a database of potential clients and track interactions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Any related field.
  • 02 Years of Experience in Sales, Marketing , & Insurance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
