A Business Development Representative focuses on generating new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and positioning the company’s products or services as solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients and markets.
- Initiate contact with prospects through calls, emails, and networking.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for lead generation.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and track interactions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Any related field.
- 02 Years of Experience in Sales, Marketing , & Insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
