Area Sales Manager
DESCRIPTION:
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and managing relationships with a network of agents and agencies. This role focuses on developing, training, and supporting agents to help them achieve their sales targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with new and existing insurance agencies, brokers, and agents to ensure they are fully equipped to sell our products.
- Collaborate with agency partners to drive new business sales, ensuring that insurance products are effectively promoted and sold to clients.
- Provide ongoing training and support to agency agents on our products, sales techniques, and regulatory requirements to ensure they are knowledgeable and confident in selling our offerings.
- Meet or exceed individual and agency sales goals, focusing on both new business and renewal policies.
- Identify new opportunities for business development within agency networks and seek out new agency partnerships to expand market reach.
- Assist agencies in generating quality leads and converting them into customers by supporting sales campaigns, promotions, and product offerings.
- Work closely with teams such as marketing, and customer service to ensure smooth policy issuance and superior customer experiences.
- Regularly track and report on agency sales performance, analyzing key metrics and taking necessary actions to improve results.
- Provide ongoing support to agent and customers, resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction with the insurance products.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Any bachelor degree
- 1-2 years of experience in sales
- 21-38 age
- Fulltime job
