Job Description

The Direct Sales Manager leads a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets by directly engaging with customers. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing team performance, and driving revenue growth through direct customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement direct sales strategies to meet company objectives.

Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure high Performance.

Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance against targets.

Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Any Stream

02 years of experience in sales Marketing , Insurance

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Results-driven with excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
