Channel Sales Manager

Role Summary:

The Channel Sales Manager role is focused on driving insurance sales through a network of agents. This includes recruiting, training, and managing advisor, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and meet premium targets through the agency channel.
  • Recruit and onboard advisor.
  • Monitor and support advisor to ensure target achievement and performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with advisor to ensure engagement and growth.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve the sales process and customer experience.
  • Ensure advisor comply with regulatory standards and company policies.

 

Key skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team of advisor.

 

Qualification:

  • Any graduate
  • 1+ years of experience in sales
  • Local preferable
