Job Description

Channel Sales Officer

The Channel Sales Officer plays a crucial role in driving the sales of insurance products through a network of agents. This position is responsible for agent recruitment, training, performance management, and supporting agents to meet business objectives.

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and recruit high-quality advisor to expand the agency network.
  • Provide constructive feedback, conduct performance reviews, and implement action plans to address performance gaps.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative environment to enhance agent loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with advisor to target untapped regions and customer segments, expanding the agency network and increasing market penetration.
  • Ensure that all advisor comply with regulatory standards, company policies, and ethical selling practices.
  • Ensure that advisor deliver excellent customer service at all stages of the sales process.

 

CRITERIA:

  • Any graduate
  • 1+ years of experience in sales
  • Local preferable

 

SKILLS:

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to recruit, train, and develop high-performing advisor.
