As a Business Development Officer, your role will be to drive business growth through effective client acquisition and relationship management. You will promote tailored insurance solutions, ensuring the achievement of individual and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities: 
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to expand business opportunities.
Promote life, health, and general insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
Identify market opportunities and convert leads into successful sales.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements: 
1–2+ years of experience in insurance sales or related fields.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
