Salary (CTC): Upto ₹3.00 LPA to ₹3.80 LPA + incentives and other benefits

Job Summary: 
We are hiring a Branch Development Manager to lead and grow our Life Insurance Agency Channel. The role involves recruiting, training, and managing a team of agents, driving sales targets, and expanding our customer base. This position requires strong leadership, sales expertise, and the ability to execute strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities: 
Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance agents.
Drive business growth and achieve sales targets in the assigned region.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching for improvement.
Build strong relationships with agents to ensure motivation and retention.
Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Prepare regular performance and budget reports.

Qualifications: 
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–2+ years of experience in insurance sales or financial services (preferably agency channel).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
